ZeruZeru's Funds for Children Capital Campaign
In partnership with Sister Helena of the Mary Mother of God of Perpetual Help Center, we are planning to build a combined lodge and restaurant near the Center in Lamadi, Tanzania that will cater to travelers visiting the Serengeti National Park. All of the profits from the lodge/restaurant will then go directly back to the Center to support the children in our care.
Caring for these vulnerable children requires monthly costs for food, healthcare, education, and safety. Thus far we have been run entirely from donations, and we thank our supporters immensely for all your help! However, we feel that having a sustainable income to cover our base monthly costs will allow us to expand our mission.

Our Goal is $150,000
We have already acquired a plot of land, but we still need to cover the costs of building and furnishings. The overall cost will be $150,000.
One generous donor has pledged to match up to $50,000. Therefore, any donation you make will be doubled!
Provide Work Experience for Our Older Children
The lodge and restaurant will also serve as a place to give the working-age students work experience and skills. Many people with albinism find it difficult to find jobs because they are discriminated against. Our business will provide a safe environment for them to learn and work.

Join Our Donor Tree!
We want to recognize our donors by creating a Baobab Tree plaque in the lodge/restaurant.
The following donor tiers will be named on the plaque:
Elephant Donors: $10,000+
Lion Donors: $5,000-$9,999
Giraffe Donors: $2,500-$4,999
Zebra Donors: $1,000-$2,499
Gazelle Donors: $500-$999
Our top donor will have the privilege of having the building named after them.

Donate Now
To achieve our goal, though, we need you! In order for ZeruZeru to get to a point of self-sufficiency for the long-term, we are asking our supporters to please donate to our capital campaign. Help us secure a stable income so that we can guarantee safety and care for our children.
